Hi, folks,
I am writing with the pleasant duty of commending your staff today, in
particular Robert, for his able help with my client's messy domain situation
and our multiple accounts and wild layers of confusion: he helped us
tremendously by asking probing questions, checking the extra few things
needed to get at the root of the problems, and by suggesting better
strategies for managing our situation.
All of the rest of your folks have been competent and helpful and willing,
which is why I always refer my clients to your service in the first place:
but Robert stood out even above this exemplary crowd with his capable and
patient assistance.
Could someone please pass this along to the boss(es) at your support centre
and let them know that the whole team is doing a great job, and that Robert

To all you support people,
I just wanted to let you know that after just under two weeks of effort, I have successfully moved my 30 domains (and about 11 subdomains) to your web hosting service.
Everything from my standpoint this has gone extremely well. In particular, I wanted to thank all of you for your professional, polite, knowledgeable, timely and helpful support.
The performance of my websites has improved by 40%, resource file delivery performance is extremely consistent, and user posting (I use a wiki for authors) is going well and behaving well.
Finally, we have just distributed our weekly farmers' market notes, our largest and most important email list (just over 500 subscribers), and it was (apparently) delivered quickly and reliably.
All in all I am very well pleased. I have high hopes that this web hosting arrangement will be quiet and reliable, allowing me to focus on software development and ease of use issues, my true vocation.
You can be sure that I will inform anyone who is looking for a web host that yours is a very professional, highly disciplined, and reliable organization.

I used to pull my hair out trying to maintain my FreeBSD and Fedora Core
