Account Management Login:
Your AMC login can be accessed via the following url: https://canadianwebhosting.com/login.asp
CPanel Control Panel Login:
Your control panel can be accessed via any of the following urls:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
http://www.yourdomain.com:2082
or via the ip address if it's a new domain name or if you're moving from old host:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cpanel
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2082
Webmail Control Panel Login:

http://www.yourdomain.com:2095
or via the ip address if it's a new domain name or if you're moving from old host:

FTP Server:
Address: ftp.yourdomain.com or xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Upload all your content to the 'www' or 'public_html' directory.
'www' and 'public_html' are both the same and either can be used for convenience.
Temporary Website URL (if your domain name is new or if you're moving from old host) :
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~yourid
DOMAIN NAME TRANSFERS
(ignore if it's new domain name registration)
If you are transferring your domain name, you will receive an email to the domain name admin email from Enom or Tucows/OpenSRS (which is our registrars). Follow the directions in that email to transfer it out. Make sure to unlock the domain name at your current registrar before confirming.
BACKUPS
We do weekly and monthly backups and will provide them at $35 per restore. You should always have a full and complete copy on your local computer as a precaution.
