Your explanation makes perfect sense - that said, I think we will leave things as they are for now. Lets see how things progress over the next few months before we make any decisions to start modifying binary files (its way over my head).

Can I just say that the folks at Canadian Web Hosting completely rock?

I've had many problems with other hosting services and CWH just keeps proving to me why they are the only ones that I now recommend to my clients!

I treat people like I want to be treated but never expect this from the corporate world. I don't mind paying for my extra capacity because you are trying to make a profit, too. Thank you very much for your quick replies and excellent service! I am really unfamiliar with how webhosting works, after inheriting the administration of our website, and your service staff have been very straightforward and very understanding as I worked through the kinks in renewing our service!

I believe I spoke with Theo (I hope that is right, or nearly right?) at Billing. He was great to deal with and walked me through every step of how to resolve my issues. I really, really appreciate the help.

Many thanks, but I think Teo got me on the way in an earlier email -- I have shot in another application to CIRA now fixing my original error, and will see what they say next.

Their phone number will sure come in handy if I need to follow up some more, so thank you for that too!

As usual, CWH staff have been my heroes -- you all deserve big KUDOS for your support!!
