I wanted to let your company know how very much I appreciated the great technical help I received from Lloyd on Friday. I called about 5 times and he was so patient and personable and knowledgeable. It isn't often that a member of a tech support team does so much and speaks so warmly. I hope you are able to recognize his excellent work and let him know how thankful I was.

It's taken a number of you extraordinary patience and generosity to hear out my story of woe and help me get it fixed -- and it is fixed!!

It started with Ganesha and MJ, moved along to Robert, and finally ended up with Lloyd, and each of you has been superb: kind, professional, polite, thorough, and above all, effective.

You are the reason why I keep sending my clients to canadianwebhosting.com -- these days it is hard indeed to find support staff as good anywhere, much less so many of you in one place.
