Today i was frustrated beyond belief using WS-FTP to upgrade wordpress.. i was getting random timeouts and my whole website was crashed as a result despite my tension, a customer service agent named 'robert' kept a cool head and helped me find a solution using filezilla, which solved the problem thx guys.. take robert out for a beer or something
