Thank you Shirley, I just want to say that I am REALLY enjoying the service from Canadian Web Hosting. You have been responsive and effective in answering my questions. You are a cut above what I have experienced with other vendors (notably *****). I have been looking for a company like this for a long time! Initial setup is obviously difficult. I hope that my site will stabilize now and that I won't have to lean on you guys quite so much going forwards. Philip

I would like to put in a very good word for the exceptional service I have just received from your employee Angela.. When it comes to computers, I am a real dummy and this lady with all the patience in the world has very calmly directed me through an ongoing problem I have been suffering with since August. Not only do I now have my laptop working, my i phone is working!!! I have never had both of them working at the same time. I am certain if it wasn’t for Angela’s patience and calm manner, it wouldn’t have happened. She definitely deserves a raise!!! I would hire her tomorrow. In navy jargon, BRAVO ZULU. The highest praise one can bestow. Thank you

Super, thanks! I am now able to connect on port 10022 and make changes etc. Part of the issue was that my proxy server had a drive that had re-mounted itself as read-only. Yikes! ;) I appreciate the quick turn-around, BTW. This reply comes delayed, but I received your update and confirmed the good news shortly after you changed the ticket.
