Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for the info - I have Outlook set to check every minute, and it's only
on one PC, so 120 per hour is certainly more than enough. So this problem
should happen again.

Pink Spiders Design House has used the reseller account of Canadian Web
Hostings for over a year now. We originally went with your company because
it was Canadian based, in Richmond. What we found is you do NOT provide
headaches, worry and poor client relations. :)
We are very pleased with the service and the technical support is awesome;
timely, polite, and comprehension is amazing!!! .... The American companies
like Lunarpages (which was the worst ever for comprehension) we used
previously no lie was horrid for customer service ---- the support emails
went back n forth because they couldn't answer simple questions - even when
I gave all the details and security passwords. Sometimes the problem wasn't
solved for over a month..... Needless to say we ran from them.
As we expand our business we will definitely be using Canadian Web Hosting,

I have been a Canadian Web Hosting customer for a few years now and have used your services to set up and manage many different domains for both my company and for those of clients. Most often, everything work great right from the start, but occasionally when building new web spaces or changing, upgrading or maintaining existing sites, problems can arise. This is where CWH seems to shine. I have periodically used your 1-800, email, live support, or help desk ticket support to resolve problems and to seek guidance and additional information from your staff. I am delighted to say, that your staff is fantastic and I have been extremely please with the level of service being offered. Most recently, I needed assistance with the switching of primary and sub domains on one of my accounts and ran into a few challenges along the way. I was so obsessed with making sure the coding and file paths were right in
the xhtml pages, I didn't even think to check something as simple as the
.htacess. One little change that took maybe 2 minutes...
I am now kicking myself really hard (well, just mentally kicking) for not
thinking to check it hours and hours ago.
I am so grateful to the tech support team at Canadian Webhosting for saving
