My name is Cameron Watson - I am the President of QAIassist - we reside in Ottawa, Canada

We have been a long standing customer and supporter of Canadian Web Hosting - we have had an account with Canadian Web Hosting for over five years.

During that time there have been occasions where we require technical support - in these instances we call into technical support and access support from your organization. In some cases the support needed requires a simple explanation, other times the problem is more complex.

I (pesonally) ran into some technical difficulties working on a number of problems over the weekend - although I have some technical expertise I was over my head in trying to understand the problems and any potential solution. Although we work with other tool vendors and rely on their support to get us through problems, I have never witnessed a better techncial support experience than I received this weekend.

Due to fate and/or good fortune I happen to be connected to a gentleman by the name of Lester Maquinano - I first provided Lester a context and background of my problems - he quickly grasp the problem(s), diagnosed it, and went upon his way to ensure they would be resolved. The support call lasted well over an hour and through its duration he routinely explified his expertise of the product, his keen ear for listening, his patience to explain, his courtesy for making me comforatble, and his doggedness to stay engaged until everything and all was resloved to my content.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated all Lester's commitment and investment to help me in my time of need - I suspect you already know he is a Prince amongst men and a master at his vocation - I am sure he would be the perfect example to guide and nurture new staff on how things are to be done. I know I am probably going on far too long, but I wanted to let you know how fortunate you are to have a resource like Lester at your employ - I only wish I (as a President) I could find resources with as much dedication, expertise and willingness to go out of their way to help their clients.

Lester has provided me a returned confidence that is these days of haste and waste, there still remains resources that can deliver value to the clients and the client relationship.

PS - For the record, it was I who insisted that Lester provide me your email address - in his humbleness (he was not seeking acknowledgement) he was hesitant in providing me your email address. I insisted I wanted his bosses email address so I could send an email complimenting the client/technical service.

I wanted to mention that my experiences with Canadian Web Hosting this past weekend (during the migration of our website of rccbc.ca and DNS hosting from our old hosting company to yours) has been an enjoyable one.

I deal with support personnel from a variety of organizations and the level of service that your organization has provided has convinced me to put forward Canadian Web Hosting name on my short-list of recommendations that I am putting together for another one of my clients.

As a freelance consultant I spend significant periods of time travelling sometimes even abroad and for some reason is when I´m not home when things need to be done and something gets on the way to delay things.
