Lester Shaun is from Canadian Webhosting. This is the outfit that hosts this website and which helped me accumulate 2.5 million hits last year.
Lester Shaun has helped this blog and I, personally, for installing this software called PIWIK.
This is an attached software that analyses this blog and makes reports by the minute. This should provide me the data that I needed ever since I got hosted by Canadian Webhosting. Lester Shaun has stuck to this problem of mine for most of the time today, and, if I might add, due mainly to his effort, he did stop me from considering another webhosting company different from this one
Hey Lester, I will say it again—-I never coulda done this without your help.
And if I own this company, I would have given you a considerable raise. At least I coulda given you a promotion for stick-to-itiveness and aptitude. Talk to you later. tell your Supe you are tops!

I wish there was a simple place on the CWH site for comments on the great tech service. Every one of you I have dealt with over the years has been patient, polite, and helpful.
- This is a comment on the great tech service at CWH. Our family has two web sites for small businesses, and I have limited technical savvy to run the sites. Over the years any time I have needed technical support at CWH the techs have been impressively polite, efficient, and helpful. We are a small account within the possible scope at CWH yet always receive top-notch service. Thank you for the company attitude that encourages calm, thorough support. -

Because of your great, speedy replies and technical knowledge, all of you managed to not only get my account working (initial testing suggests they are) but helped identify an issue in the way the current version of the blackberry OS handles email code (which will hopefully be addressed in the future OS update). I really appreciate the efforts to address this workaround. I am very glad that i chose canadianwebhosting as my provider because i don't think i would get this kind of customized service from other places.

I trust all is well and wanted to say "thanks" for your collective efforts last night.
I turned on my machine this morning and everything is working again - I am not sure what it is you guys did to rectify things nor does that matter. The important thing is that you have been able to identify and fix the "hiccup" with the mail servers.
I suspect your work was able to save many of your clients having their service interrupted - just wanted to say "thanks" and let both of you know that CanadianWebHosting is fortunate to have you working for them.

For the past few days I was having problem with uploading my files within Dreamweaver.
We had back and forth e-mails form support group of Canadian Web Hosting; however, eventually Lester patiently and kindly worked with me through "join.me", and fixed my problem.
