Super, thanks! I am now able to connect on port 10022 and make changes etc. Part of the issue was that my proxy server had a drive that had re-mounted itself as read-only. Yikes! ;) I appreciate the quick turn-around, BTW. This reply comes delayed, but I received your update and confirmed the good news shortly after you changed the ticket.

I have been a client of Canadian Web Hosting for a few years now. Over the years, I have had glitches and weird things with my service but one thing has remained consistent – the stellar support from your support department. I’m a consumer user of a computer – not someone with technical knowledge so I have to ask a lot of questions. Your staff are so thorough, so polite, so quick to respond – they keep me not only as a customer but as a referral service. I instruct new start up businesses and I always write your domain name on the board as a place to go to register. I talk up the support service always. I was not a fan of your Sitebuilder program so couldn’t refer it as a web tool box but recently, I was given a link to the RVSitebuilder tools. After going through each and every tutorial, I was told that I didn’t have that program available on the server I was on. Your support staff arranged to move me. I’m going to try the toolbox now fully but feel that its going to hit the mark so now when I refer, I will be able to boast about your reliability, your staff and the quality and ease of your added value products.

I know people are quick to complain about bad service so wanted to make sure I sent out a note of appreciation for your good service.

Thank you folks for your endless patience and efforts to resolve a problem with my email. A problem that I created myself. The tutorial showed me where I had gone wrong. Though I was sure I had entered everything correctly, I had not.

Problem solved, CWH comes through again, with my sincere appreciation.
