"Hello, Pink Spiders Design House has used the reseller account of Canadian Web Hostings for over a year now. We originally went with your company because it was Canadian based, in Richmond. What we found is you do NOT provide headaches, worry and poor client relations. :) We are very pleased with the service and the technical support is awesome; timely, polite, and comprehension is amazing!!! .... The American companies like Lunarpages (which was the worst ever for comprehension) we used previously no lie was horrid for customer service ---- the support emails went back n forth because they couldn't answer simple questions - even when I gave all the details and security passwords. Sometimes the problem wasn't solved for over a month..... Needless to say we ran from them. As we expand our business we will definitely be using Canadian Web Hosting, Thank you again for such great service, "
